Two boxes , recording failings

Hi i have a 2 main box set up living room and conservatory. Noticed my wsbk was not recording one of the sessions even though I had a series set up. Maybe as called free practice, was on my main box tried to record it said starting up box may not work, set both programs to record. Tried to change it from conservatory to living rm box it would not let me. So went into conservatory turned virgin box on. They are both on active start, box turned white. Got up today both recording not there.  Why???  Have also missed other recordings of films I notice hit record and it says starting box. Yet my default is living in recording. On a seperate note when recording champs lg i could cxl future recordings i didn't want but it keeps cancelling the series..why??? This was never a problem before went to 360

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear of your recording concerns. 

    I'm presuming wsbk, is World Super Bike. If so, then all this has been moved to TNT due to the closure of Eurosport channels. 

    Are you able to set up the recording as you would but on TNT, as it does look like this data has been moved over to TNT ready for Eurosports channel to cease as the end of the week.

      Hi yes I did set world superbikes up to record on tnt not eurosport,  but it didn't record even though the other box was turned on.. that's my issue

        Hi Markfto,

        Go to TV Shows in the top navigation bar, then highlight Sport, scroll down and select TNT Sports > View all.

        You should then be able to select and view the two Live versions of the Australian races that took place over the weekend.
