Hello has anyone else had this happen. I have had a red light on for the last few weeks and will not go away. This is also causing problems with my recording and my apps. I have done all the turn on and turn off and no difference. And it seems to just get worse
The red light will only go out if there is nothing at all happening in the box.
If any recording is active or the box has only just gone into standby - the light should be red.
Are you saying that the red light stays on when you are using the box?
