Recordings don’t start from the beginning

I have just changed beach to  Orton and didn’t have this issue previously. When I play back a recording it starts a couple of minutes in. I have the box set to start recording 2 minutes before the programme starts but I still have to rewind it back to the beginning of the show. I increased it from 1 min to 2 mins but made no difference. Any suggestions please? It’s such a pain!

      Sorry don’t know how that happened, it was supposed to say, just changed back to Virgin and didn’t have this issue previously. 🤷‍♀️autocorrect!

        No worries, my brain auto-corrected it :).

        Can you try a Factory Reset for me and see if this fixes the issue?
