Recording failed due to Technical Issues

Just got over the continual resetting of PIN for Apps every time I wish to use them. (Fingers crossed)

Now it is “Recording failed due to Tecnical Issue” Around 75% of programmed recordings fail. Is there still not a patch, new box, apology for this continuing failure of VM to provide the advertised and paid for service. 

I honestly do not know what to do, finger is worn out switching off and waiting 10 minutes………..

  • Sounds like the box could be on it's way out if it wasn't a replacement box.

    Is the box set to fast start or active start and not switched off at the plug. Any problems with with recordings or planned recordings being deleted.

    How full is the hard drive, if you go to Recordings, Recorded, View all it says how full the hard drive is.
