Programmes not fully deleting

I thought upgrading to Virgin 360 might be better but overall it's still unsatisfactory. 

A really silly annoying problem arose yesterday where I deleted programmes but the programme titles remained & they would not disappear. So, I was left with programmes that no longer existed! A whole list of programme titles that would not go away. They were getting in my way! This glitch has never been this bad before! Usually, when I restart the box everything returns to normal.

Anybody else experiencing this? 

I got that fed up with it as some of my planned recordings were failing too. I ended up doing a factory reset & lost ALL my programmes! V.M. you must do better! This is ridiculous! There are still too many glitches!

    Did you use the "Keep recording's"  option when doing the factory reset. If you did and the box has deleted your recordings and planned recordings it's a sign that the box is faulty and needs replacing.

    Can you please confirm if you used the Keep recordings option?

    Well, after a few days the programme titles FINALLY disappeared & now the 360 box has returned to normal. However, this glitch could pop up again in the future. Also, the E.P.G. is slower & more unresponsive compared to the other E.P.G. I thought upgrading to the 360 software would have been an improvement but it's still not great. The microphone feature on the remote control is very good though. Plus, the microphone does work most of the time.
