My wife likes to record afternoon and evening movies on GREAT Mystery channel 425.
The first part is ok up until the annoying Movie News and then often fails to record the second part?
The recording only lasts for one hour of a two hour film?
I wonder if the recording stops because the film has the same name to avoid duplication like some channels that show the same program twice a day at different times.
Did anyone get an answer because I have same problem with Aurora Teagarden

This often crops up with all of the Great (maybe not so great for recordings) channels.

It can sometimes be solved by setting up a series links, however most times it's treat as two separate programs, so both parts need recording individually.
I suggest also recording the bit in between (Movie News or Good News or This week back then) whatever it's called at the time, in case part of the program/movie overlaps into the adverts or in between program.
I have tried to record as series and as two episodes with no luck, although it works for some of the movies?
