No iPlayer on 360 box

Past few days iPlayer won’t work on 360 box. Can’t use catch up on any BBC channel. Have done factory reset , reboot etc . Checked TV - iPlayer works fine when not through 360box. 
message posted up is Error 02050 and fault usually temporary. It isn’t. 
any ideas please?
