Hi, I got a new 360 box and remote last week. I logged into Netflix and it's now in Spanish, locked and has Spanish names against the children's channels. I called Netflix and after 40 mins I got through and requested a technician come out- All i received was that Virgin would send an email, which they didn't. If I don't get a technician I will simply leave and go to Sky.
You're not the only one. VM seem to have a security issue with their Netflix accounts. A few of many below. Maybe best to subscribe independently of VM.
