Hey there Fut72.

If you're having issues with your Netflix account, you will need to contact Netflix Support, sadly we're not able to help you with your Netflix account because this is the Virgin Media community forum.

If your Netflix account has been hacked, I'd recommend you do the following:

  • Change your passwords.
  • Make sure you're not reusing the password that you use for Netflix - if they have your Netflix, they have everything else that uses that password.

I cannot reset the password they have changed my email address 

 

Sorry to hear this, just to confirm is the the email address for the Netflix or the email address for your online account?
