ITVX Won't Stay Signed In

Hello,

I have had my TV 360 box for a while now and after a bumpy first setup it has been working fine until now.

For some reason I just can't stay signed into ITVX it keeps on logging me out and not saving login details. Consequently, I have to keep signing in all the time if I want to use it which is obviously extremely annoying.

Things I have tried:

  • Turning box off at the wall socket for 30seconds or more.
  • Setting the box to "fast start".
  • Trying a factory reset (formatted disk).

But none of that above has worked. Is there anything else I can try? do you think the box can be faulty?

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with ITVX and for any inconvenience this may be causing. Do you have the app on any other device, like a Smart TV? If so, do you have the same issue on that?

      Hello,

      The only other device I use to watch ITVX is on my PC but I am always signed in on that. I have also tried both ways of signing in... with password and e-mail and also pairing with the PC but either way results in the same issue it just won't save my credentials.
