I Received my 360 remote

On the 10th September, as I have anxiety, phoned and asked for an engineer to do the change over.

I phoned and spoke to a CS and the first appointment is 17th September.  I have been told by others that the V6 will do an automatic change after 5 days.  The CS said the engineer would do a manual one.

So, will it just change up automatically which I am worried about or will V6 just keep working until the engineer comes and does the manual upgrade?

    Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community. 

    We're sorry for any confusion caused by the upgrade options. 

    If the team have booked an engineer to do the set top box upgrade, there should be no change to the service until that time.

    If however for any reason you find the V6 stops working prior to the 17/09/25 please pop back to us.
