How to record in SD on the 360 flex box I’ve got?

I can’t see how to record in SD on the 360 flex box I’ve got. 
Recording format doesn’t seem to be one of the options on a recording / series link

    360 doesn't hold the SD channels where there's a HD channel held.

    TV360 doesn't carry duplicate HD & SD channels - where an HD variant is available, the SD version is not carried.
