I saw the message about the rename of Stream to Flex, checked out the terms and found this entry, would be good to get some clarification for existing customers if we are now going to be charged for the service?

Not quite true it seems, my latest bill now shows Stream/Flex as an extra add on with a 5 pound fee. The overall subscription total remains the same? Not going to pay monthly rental for free channels so the stream box will be getting returned once my discount period ends.
Will I start being charged for flex/stream when I renew my contract? Currently I have had it for around a year for free.
I would also like an answer to this question please. If they plan to start charging a monthly fee for a box that was originally sold as being no monthly fee then they can also refund my activation fee and have the box back too at renewal.
Can they also explain why it us showing as a £5 add on to my bill as well? This was not what I signed up to.
