Activation confusion
This week I received a Virgin 360 box, when I thought I’d receive a Stream Box, not that I’m complaining, I like the 360 box and have been watching it this week.
But today I received an email saying that my box hasn’t been activated yet with instructions on how to do it or return it if I don’t want it anymore. The email states that I have an Arris TiVo box with it’s serial number listed, but I don’t have this box, I have the 360 box which I’m happy with.
Could a Moderator or staff member please look into this for me?
