360 upgrade not recording
Hi, I upgraded to Virgin TV 360 on my TiVo box recently.
When I try to record TV I am getting a message saying “can’t record this, please try again later”
Switched off at wall and tried again but same message.
It accepts if you select ‘record series’ but when you go in later it has a small red circle with an exclamation mark beside the recording which has failed.
Anyone help with this issue please ?
