360 upgrade - channel failed

Hi all, sorry I couldn't find a suitable thread for my problem.  I've just upgraded from the V6 to the V360.  I'm trying to now tune into MTV and it keeps coming up with the attached.  I've rebooted as well.  All other channels, so far are alright.  Any suggestions anyone?

    Often this error is only temporary and moving away to another channel and then going back solves it. The error can also be due to local problems,  which you can check by calling the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

    Checking the online help page for CS2004 on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/check/tv-error-codes

    It suggests that apart from checking all of your cabling that you should also reboot your hub

    Hopefully rebooting the hub will solve that channel issue.

      Given that so many 'upgrades' fail, wouldn't it be better to give new boxes to anyone daft enough to downgrade their services?

        We see many reports of conversions failing, on this forum. People who convert and are happy, tend not to post saying so.

    An engineer was meant to come to help me solve this problem on Saturday afternoon.  He turned up 2 hours early and I wasn't around.  I've rearranged for another engineer to come round next Saturday.
