I'm finding 360 an abomination.
Half of my recordings used to be radio - that's no longer available.
I read film reviews and used to add them to my Wishlist - there's no Wishlist available. I can't add old films either, all of which means I have to keep a notepad going, and read the Radio Times every day.
The Guide is not coloured to RNIB recommendations, and I can't see the time-slot times.
And to cap it all, Virgin have put up the price.
V360 runs on a TV platform called Horizon. This is the property of VMs new owners, who are a far larger international cable operator. VM therefore has had no option but to accept the change.
1) Wishlists are a TiVO exclusive patent. It will not be added to Horizon because of this.
2) Carrying broadcast radio on cable is now unique in the UK. Europe has not carried it since digital switchover in 2000. Horizon has been around since 2012 in the rest of Europe, & with no requirement to carry or record radio since 2000 it is not going to be re-engineered into the platform just to please us.
