Verification email for My Virgin Media expires immediately

Hello, first time customer here. Trying to register an account for My Virgin Media, but every single verification email I receive expires immediately. I request a verification email, it says "The email sent to the below address has now expired" and to request another email, so I do, and get the exact same message. Been going on for about 12 hours now.
