Does this company have customer support, your stupid chat bot isn't working and the one time it did, yesterday, it gave me a WhatsApp number that isn't working either.
What the hell is going on! I was reaching out to add more to my package but I'm still within 30 days, I might just cancel the whole bloody thing

Sorry to hear that you've not been supported through our WhatsApp chat. The bot is only able to complete and understand the asked questions rather than anything more specific, but once the bot has completed asking the questions it will direct you to the correct department for your query.
