What's up with the Whatsapp VM service. It no longer responds. Are we doomed to hours of phone calls ?
Thanks for getting back to us, the WhatsApp number +44 7803 089 684 is our functionable number. We have tested it and have been getting responses from it.
There's always hours of chatbots?
The way we are going the only way to get VM to behave like a supplier and speak to customers will be to cancel the direct debit and wait for the daily stream of panic stricken calls from retentions !
I was literally lied to today via pm from an agent. "The WhatsApp service is working, it may take a few hours for a reply".
I provided a screenshot showing a months worth of no response to refute her fobbing off claim.
Response "I'm sorry you didn't receive a reply from our WhatsApp service, we will report this internally " .
Like she doesn't even know, no one has got a reply since February.... but makes out that it's just me.

Join the " shafted by VM club" .. there must be quite a few.. I was duped by a female CS VM rep over my bill .. promising me that bill would stay the same .. but it it went up by 15%..Hey ho its away I g..o. cancellation too costly for me quote to go ... over £600.. and so my feet are are on the starting blocks unfortunately the starter will not fire the pistol until 30 days before 5th March 2026 .. I might be able to leave sooner if I I am given some financial redress by my new ISP whose contenders for my business and VMs loss are already lining up with their business..There's a telegraph pole in front of me about 8 yards away having both Openreach and BRSK empires attached which is comfort .. .. good luck.

I hope it's not just me their blanking, however, I do see others on saying (redit?) they haven't received any reply since early Feb which is roughly when it stopped working for me.
As for that text number - it's dead too. I got one reply sometime ago but today nada.
As per other agents , they still plug the whatsapp number which doesn't respond.
Perhaps a Level 2 here can elaborate on what's happening - at least SOMEONE acknowledge this issue instad of Trumping it.
