Login issues, try this:
I have been having difficulties logging onto my account, however I have found a solution.
- Enter your username as normal, and click on 'sign in', when you get the error message just keep refreshing your browser, this will eventually take you to the password stage.
- Enter your password and repeat step 1, keep refreshing your browser and eventually you will be signed in.
Refreshing your browser when trying to log into Virgin Media can sometimes help because it forces your browser to reload the latest version of the login page, potentially clearing any temporary issues like outdated data stored in your browser cache or cookies that might be causing login problems.
