Account Login Issue

Ive just been hooked up to VM in the past few hours and trying to look at my account now to get familiar with VM. I get through the sign on page and my account briefly shows then the webpage goes blank and trys to load another page, the reverts back and forth between two pages and neither will load.

The webpages in cycles between are:

Virgin Media - This is new contract page
My Virgin Media - My account page i presume

Eventually it gives up and says something went wrong. I have tried this on Edge and Firefox on my PC and on my the VM app on my phone with same issues, anyone help please.

  • Hi, I have the same issue, been like it for weeks. When I try to login to get my emails the home page briefly flashes up then goes blank. I've been onto VM support a couple of times, followed their instructions to try different browsers, private browsing, deleting the browser cache but nothing works. They said last week that the issue is with the website itself and has been escalated to another team who would sort the problem over the next 24hrs but still not able to log in.

    Hope you get a solution soon, I'd be interested to know the answer.
