How do I sign in with a new email address?

I have changed my email from the original email I used when starting service in 2015, my service keeps being stopped with virgin media and each time I have to contact virgin and pay my bills to get reconnected, I need to set up a direct debit from my bank account, but I keep hitting a brick wall !! Any help would be welcome
