Disappointing Service
Similar to other messages I am unable to use my Virgin email address to set up an account with Mozilla Thunderbird. I had been using Mozilla for a few years with no problems, but now find that my account has disappeared. I have tried to put it in as a new account, but it's refused. I have made a new virgin o2 password but that also does not give me access. It's a nightmare as Virgin technical are unable or unwilling to listen and help. H Jones
