Constant issues - WiFi

I'm having constant WiFi connection issues- tv boxes dropping out- WiFi telling us to check password even though it's correct. I've gone on to the app to trouble shoot the Internet AGAIN and it's not even checking the right area- called up- and it says my postcode is wrong and my password is incorrect so I can't verify myself..! Promised a new router today which hasn't turned up. What on earth is going on?!
