Cant log onto VMo2 app

I can't log into virgin media or the o2 app.

Its saying to log in with my virgin media email which has been confirmed as correct but it won't let me log in.

  • I have now been able to link our other mobile accounts between virgin and o2. I have used my works email and it has worked. The login for the mobiles on o2 were originally virgin emails addresses and it wouldn't let me use them but using non virgin emails it works fine.

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account at the moment. 

    What error messages are you getting when you try to log in? Have you created a new Virgin Media O2 ID and been able to access your account recently?

    i now have access tp Virgin media/o2 for mobile number but i dont have access to 3 other mobile numbers that we logged on with different email addresses, i cant set up VMo2 ids for the other 2 email addresses, i have just been on the phone for ages and still no one knows why.

      For the O2 accounts, this is something we're unable to help you with from here. You'll need to reach out to O2 for help with resolving that side of things. You can find O2's contact options here.

        O2 can't help , I've been talking to them all morning,  they are originally virgin phone numbers that were moved to o2 but they were on separate email logins. 

        O2 said these email addresses need to also be linked with virgin/o2 with an ID. Emails are [REMOVED@blueyonder.co.uk and [REMOVED@blueyonder.co.uk 

        I had to change my virgin media login email a couple of years ago as you said login had to be with a non virgin rmail

        I'm not the only one with problems. 

        Everything was OK a couple of months ago.
