Can't log in
I can log in to my virgin media app when I receive an email to verify my email address I do but it just keeps going around on a loop I can't seem to go an further any suggestions

If you're stuck on the linking process, we are working externally and within the Community to find troubleshooting steps which help customers through this process.
Are you able to try the steps here, where we've seen customers using this workaround have been able to link their Virgin Media O2 ID?
