Can’t view my bills
Hi. For some time I’ve been unable to view my bills online or in the virgin media app.
Online I get stuck in a loop which just keeps taking me back to the help section when I click on ‘view my bill’. I’ve tried on different iPads and on a laptop.
In the app I get a message saying can’t view bills because I’m not logged on as the main user, even though I am.
Help please.
