Cannot view bill online

When I use browser and press on billing it just sends me to a help page , 

When I log in onmyvirginmedia app it says I am logged in as secondary account ?

Need to view my bills

    Just to clarify, after signing in to My Virgin Media here, is there a "View bill" link showing on the opening page? If so, what's happening exactly when you click on that?

      It says "billing " 

      Then when I click on that it just goes to a "help" page 

      I can send screenshot but not sure how
