Can’t view account details

Hi

I’ve signed in to my account online and keep getting the error “Somethings gone wrong” the only page I can access is my billing page but clicking on any other menu displays this error message. I can see this has happened to others and would like assistance to resolve the issue.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account. Please can you try this on a different device or try to clear your browser cache and try to login again?
