View my bill details
I cannot see my bill details in the app?
My dashboard shows the bill but when I click on it I just get a generic whoops something went wrong screen?
I've only recently installed the app in a last hope effort of seeing the bill. I've never been successful in either using the email bill link or the website.
I've been a customer for many years but the only thing that has occurred to me is I may not be the primary account holder?

I have now tried various combination of browser (phone and on laptop).
app is installed on my phone so when i press details goes oops in app
if i copy the emailed bill detail link into incognito/private mode i can log in but then just goes to an empty web page https://my.virginmedia.com/ebill/view
if i just follow the link it won't even let me log in just goes to a blank web page my.virginmedia.com
i've now tried various browsers (on my phone samsung internet and chrome. on a laptop edge and chrome? all done in private and normal modes?
