Can’t login

Hi,

 

Hope you can help. Am not sure what has happened. I can’t login to my virgin media. My emails are fine.

it wax working before but not sure what happened. I have an old ntlworld account that I use. When I login it asks for biometrics but I can’t get in. I then try password. Also can’t get in. I try to change my password but I get a message to verify my recently updated email addresss???? Am completely stuck.
