I'm very sorry for any issue you're having with your with the app.
Can you confirm if you have tried on both Mobile data and a WiFi connection?
Can you confirm if you have been able to try via a different device?

Hi have tried on mobile data and Wi-Fi. Haven’t tried another device will let you know
