App issue

Hello, new customer here, literally Day 2.

Im trying to view my account online or via the app, but I keep getting a message, seems to be a problem our side. 
Any ideas ?

    I would suggest you leave trying for a few days.  It seems this is a common problem as it takes a while for the joining process to go through the system.

      Hi, I literally have the exact same issue and have had it since the 6th when I signed on with Virgin Media. Any guidance would be appreciated.
