Why is voip not available to me
Current landline contract coming to an end and thought I could get landline from virgin but not coming up as an option . Anyone know why when I have fibre broadband ?

You should get put onto a 30-day rolling contract if you don't renew.
Users are being contacted about the switchover (which requires a hub 3 or later). This is a big exercise so not everyone can be migrated at once.
