Voicemail Unusable

For the last week or so my landline voice mail has been totally unusable. Messages received are either not recorded or unable to be retrieved. The voicemail menu repeats itself but does not register when trying the different options. On occasion when dialling 1571 I am told if a message has been received but there is only silence. As a pensioner and disabled, I am reliant on messages for medical reasons and would appreciate an early response. Many thanks

      Hi again,

      I have already responded two or three times giving my name, account details, and last four digits of my bank account but have received no further response.As previously stated I am a disabled pensioner relying on voice mail messaging for medical purposes.I have been with virgin for about fifteen years with no problems,but now...would someone please acknowledge this narrative.Thank you
