Voicemail.
I did not set up Voicemail the first time I dialled 1571 and now don’t have the option to do so , any ideas ?
Voicemail now working fine , thanks for your help and you can close this ticket.

We have hep here for the landline voicemail feature, what happens when you dial 1571 now? Are the options no longer available?
Only option is to change greeting , no setup option and voicemail not working.
