Problems with Landline and finding frustrating trying to call the support desk.
Over the last month or so - I've been having serious issues with my land line. The symptoms are
- Very noisy line, unable to hear caller through the static noise and they cannot not hear me.
- Most of the time we're unable to ring the land line and receive calls - the line always seems to be engaged. - So not sure how many calls I've missed.
- I reset the hub routers etc just in case - but that doesn't seem to do anything, My internet and TV Vivo are fine. Just the land line that seems to be the problem.
Unfortunately - I've tried calling the help desk a few times and once I've answered their questions, I'm left sitting for hours waiting to be connected to book an engineer so in the end I've hung. This is from my mobile as well.
Can anyone help me.
