Poor service from Virgin Media…again!
I reported a fault on my landline and booked an engineer visit today between 12pm and 4pm.I received multiple text confirmations but the engineer failed to arrive with no updates or notification. I spent the whole day at home waiting for this visit. Why is it so difficult to keep customers up to date?I desperately need my landline to stay in touch with a relative abroad who is dying.Very disappointed!☹️
