Unable to access my virgin media email account AGAIN.

Unable to access my virgin media email account AGAIN.

Being told my email address is unverified despite going through this exact process a few months ago.

I actually got an "email address verified" message this morning when trying to sort it out but when I tried to log in it still says I'm unverified.

I've got ONE login attempt left before my account is locked. 
PLEASE sort this out, it's not acceptable!
