Phone not working
Hi, our phone line has been down for 2 days. I have tried to call 0345 454 1111 several times. The first time they said there was a fault in the area and it should be fixed within 24 hours. It's been 48 hours now so I called again and they said they could not see a fault in the area. They said someone would call back on my mobile within the next 2-3 days.
It was hard to understand the person on the phone so I'm not exactly sure what is happening. Could someone look into this please, my mother needs her land line to work. Can this be expedited? I think an engineer needs to come and have a look. My mother is in her 80's and is quite distraught that the phone isn't working.
