Phone line not working

Hi

I wanted to keep my phone line working when I moved from Vodafone to Virgin Media. I also gave my existing phone number to Virgin when applying for the broadband package. Now the broadband is fine but my phone line is not working. Can you please help? Do I need to do anything to get my landline number transferred to Virgin from Vodafone? Hope to hear from someone to resolve this issue. Many thanks.

    Hello DBan.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with  your landline and the porting of your Vodafone number over 
    When you signed up with us, did you request Broadband and Telephone?

    If it's just Broadband, then we need to get a Telephone line added and hope the Vodafone number is available to bring over.
