Hi there y0sem1te
Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you have faced this issue and thank you so much again for posting. I am so sorry to hear the line is down, I have taken a look and I cannot see any outages in the area that may be causing this but I can see that the Hub has been up for over a month, are you able to try a pin hole reset for me?
To so this push a pen etc in the reset hole and hold in for 30 seconds, this will cause a full factory reset so if you have changed any Hub details such as the network name or password they will revert to the originals but you can reset these afterwards.

Hi there, sorry but what do you mean ‘the hub has been up for over a month’?
how does the hub affect the landline?
many thanks

Thanks for coming back to us y0sem1te, your landline should be plugged into your hub to work correctly. Do you currently have the landline phone plugged into your router?
Kind Regards,

Thank you, the hub was faulty so the landline didn’t work. It has now been replaced
