We have a problem today with our phone line. There is no dial-tone.
We had this problem about a week ago and after a few days the service returned. We did ring to report this but the standard response is that this wasn't a Virgin problem.
How do we progress to a resolution?

My phone is now working. Nothing changed inside the house.

We've had further problems with the phoneline. it stopped working again this morning.
It has now comeback but with a very crackly line.
How do we get somebody to investigate properly?
