Landline through hub5

Hi,

I am having trouble with my landline ( plugged into my hub5 router). Since upgrading to the hub5, when I try and call a family member who is also with virginmedia the phone rings once and goes dead. They don't get their phone ring or a missed call notification. When I call other people works fine. I have to text to get them to phone me and the call connects fine.

Any ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are facing some issues when calling other Virgin Media landline but not other calls and you can also be called by them, does this happen on more than one number you call?
