Landline stopped ringing for incoming calls

Good afternoon,

Our landline has stopped ringing when receiving calls. We have a dial tone and can make calls, but the phone doesn’t ring when receiving calls. The phone is connected to the master socket with nothing else connected. The handset is working and the volume is at maximum. I have tried a few different phones without success. Thank you!
