landline not working - problem at cabinet
My neighbour asked me to check whether my landline was working because their line was down and he suspected that ours would be too. I confirmed that we had no dial tone.
A Virgin engineer was in attendance at the neighbour and confirmed that there was a problem at the cabinet which he corrected for the neighbour. He explained that ours was probably caused by the same thing, but he could not fix it because he did not have access to the relevant details for our line.
Could someone arrange for an engineer visit please?
