Incoming call cuts out, only from one number

This happens only when I am called from one particular number.  After about a couple of minutes the call is terminated and it drops back to a dial tone.

    This can be the symptoms of a caller with a mobile or a cordless phone that has a failing battery.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, apologies for the issues that you are facing with your home phone. Can we ask the type of number that is calling you, either landline or mobile and is this all the time, and does this happen when you dial out the number?

      It's a land line and I think it cuts out either way, I'll check in the morning
