I want to delete my voicemail

I am trying to delete my voicemail. But it is a very tedious and frustrating process. I was able to login to my account and acquire a new temporary PIN by resetting. When I got to the voicemail menu I had no option to simply delete my voicemail. Only the option to record a new one. However, I do not want to do that,  I want to completely remove my voicemail and leave it blank. 

I have scheduled a call with tech support and hopefully that will resolve my issues. But perhaps I can get some further assistance here. Thank you and have a good day.

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties with your voicemail. 

    Can we just clarify - are you trying to delete your recorded message, or are you trying to remove the call feature entirely?

    It sounds like you've already been in touch and had your support request raised to the second line technical support team who are getting back in touch. Hopefully they can help get things sorted for you 🤞

    Yes, I simply want to delete my recorded message. I tried to schedule a call but it was not helpful. Since to even get to the call I had to enter my PIN number. Which apparently is different from the new PIN I got earlier today? Either way it is impractical for me to dig for a new PIN while on the line being waited on to punch in a number. Very frustrating. I just want to get rid of my voicemail message and I don't understand why there have to be so many unnecessary and tedious steps to what should be an extremely easy process.
