Green flashing light hub 3

Hi! 

New customer trying to set up hub 3 today. 

I have been web chatting to someone for over an hour and only received 3 responses - not a great start. 

Have had no further guidance other than switching off the router several times, I have been instructed that the device has been activated from there end but since 12 today nothing but green flashing light. 

 

Can anyone help?

    Sounds like the Hub is offline, could be disconnected at the street cabinet?

    Try calling the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061 as well.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

    Also check the Hub's  admin  console @ 192.168.0.1 and check the Provisioning Status.
